Born in 1959, heir identifier and family researcher André Bialk is married and has four children. After studying Geology in Tübingen, he traveled multiple times for several months per trip to Spain, South Africa, and Chile.
He has been involved in family research since he was 14 years old. His ancestors came from West Prussia, the Netherlands, as well as the Eichsfeld and Bergisch regions. He gained valuable practical experience from researching in numerous regions. As one of the first instructors in genealogy at the adult education center in Berlin, he inspired numerous people interested in family research.
His office, “Heritas – Office for Heir Identification, Genealogy, and Documentation Procurement” has been located in Berlin-Schöneberg since 2000. Regular research trips throughout Germany and the world have made him a specialist in heir identification and genealogy.
